Syncere Montrell Prayer, born June 21st at Norfolk General hospital. He was born a energetic & strong preemie. He was loved a huge number of family member and friends. He was such a great fighter in his short life. He leaves and cherish memories of his mother and father Jameikha & Dominique Prayer, his 2 grandmother Karolyn Franklin & Yolanda Wynn, great grandma Antoinette Franklin & a host of aunts,uncles, cousins & friends .
