He is survived by his mother, Marda Kay Spruill; two brothers, Metreed Lavell Spruill and Thomas Scott Spruill; nieces, nephews, future sister-in-law Amy Giberson; other relatives and friends. A memorial service will be held on Saturday, November 12, 2016, 2 pm at Corprew Funeral Home Chapel. | |
