~Obituary~
Torrance was a carpenter for over 30 years. He assisted
those in his community with any house hold projects they
needed. He attended Portsmouth Public School when he
was younger. Torrance is pre-deceased by his father Jessie
Lee Evans Sr., mother Joyce Ann Evans, brother Jessie Lee
Evans Jr. Torrance leaves to cherish in his memory, his wife
Lekeesha Fisher-Evans of Norfolk, VA, his daughter
Jamyrah Cross, of Portsmouth VA, sister Regina Riddick
(Morris “Jim” Riddick) of Portsmouth VA and a brother
Shelton Evans (Kadijah Williams) of Portsmouth VA.
Torrance has a host of, aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews,
cousins, and friends on both the Evans side and the Vines
side.
