Mary E. Wright

Mary Esther Wright, 72, of Portsmouth, VA died Saturday, March 19, 2016 at Bon Secours Maryview Medical Center in Portsmouth, VA.  She was born on May 20, 1943 to Frank James Sr. and Esther Wright-James.  She was preceded in death by one brother, James Wright and one sister, Alice Riddick.  She is survived by one son, Marvin Wright, 3 grandchildren, 12 great-grandchildren, 3 great-great-grandchildren, and 4 brothers: William Wright, Frank James, Jr., Eugene James, and Lawrence James.
The service to celebrate her life will be held at Church of God and Saints of God, 4300 Judah Lane, Suffolk, Virginia at 10 am, Sunday, March 27, 2016.  Corprew Funeral Home is in charge.
