William H. Johnson Jr

William Halbert Johnson Jr. departed this life, September 19, 2023, at Norfolk Health & Rehabilitation Center. He was born June 27, 1942, in Memphis, TN.

William H. Johnson II is survived by his six children: Sheila, Antonia, Cecilia, William, Carlo, and Maurice Johnson. He also leaves behind two grandchildren, Isaiah and Amora Johnson, and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, inlaws, and friends. He was predeceased by his parents, William H. Johnson Sr. and Ollie Bell Johnson, three sisters, and his wife of 57 years, Cecilia M. Johnson.

William H. Johnson Jr. will always be remembered for his infectious sense of humor and impeccable work ethic. William was a retired machinist, serving in that capacity for over thirty-five years before his retirement. He enjoyed sports, slow music, sitcom comedies and good food.
