John I. Smithwrick Jr.

John Smithwrick Jr. (Little John), 76, of Warfield Drive, expired Thursday, February 25, 2016. A native of Norfolk, VA, he was the husband of Jester Peebles Smithwrick.

Viewing will be held on Wednesday from 12 Noon to 8 pm. A funeral service will be Thursday, March 3, 2016, 10:30 am at St. John Baptist Church, 2200 Effingham Street, Portsmouth, VA, Dr. Robert Earls Sr., pastor, officiating.  Interment will be in Woodlawn Memorial Gardens, Norfolk, VA.
