Charlene McNeil, age 81, transitioned from this life peacefully at her home on February 5, 2023.
Charlene was born in 1941 to parents, Mozelle and Herbert Pringle in Cincinnati, Ohio. She graduated from public schools in Cincinnati, acquired higher education at the University of Cincinnati and Tidewater Community College, before working in the business and accounting profession.
Charlene was the devoted wife of 56 years to Rabbi Phillip E. McNeil of Temple Beth El in Suffolk, VA.
Her memory will also be celebrated by her children, David McNeil (Adrian), Marcus McNeil (Nichelle), and Leah McNeil, as well as by a host of colleagues, relatives and friends. Her home going service will be held on Sunday, February 12, 2023. The viewing will begin at 9:00 am and the service at 10:00 am at Temple Beth El, Phase I, 3927 Bridge Road, Suffolk, VA 23435. | |
