Mrs. Arthur L. Davis, 86, of the 500 block of Roosevelt Blvd., Portsmouth, VA, departed this life on January 17, 2016 at Maryview Medical Center. A celebration of life will be held on Wednesday, January 27, 2016, 10 am at First Baptist South Portsmouth, 1445 Centre Avenue, Portsmouth, VA 23704. Interment will be in the Albert G. Horton Jr. Memorial Veterans Cemetery, Suffolk, VA. | |
