On April 17, 2025 God Called our precious mother,grandmother,great grandmother, great great grandmother,sister, Hattie Brotherton home affectionly known as sister, or Hank. Hattie retired from Leggett”s department store, she love crabbing,gradening, and most of all she loved her pets,family and God.
She was predeceased by her husband James Botherton and son Lawrence Brotherton.
Hattie leaves to cherish her memories her daughter Teressa Anthony; son Eric Brotherton both of Portsmouth, Va. one brother Douglas MacAuthur Pope (Eunice): grandchildren Angela Brotherton(Kellly), Christine Lawrence (Kelvin), CalvinBrotherton (Korrina), Tyrone Brotherton and Yazmine Brotherton, great- grandchildren, Tiera Brotherton(Jeremy), Ishiara Lawrewnce,Kaila lawrence,Kamil Patterson,Cassidy Lawrence,Shamari Brotherton and Thaddeus Brotherton: 5 great-grandchildren Apollo Pope, Winter Womack,Ivy Pope, Jordynn Lazairre and Eries Womack. She also has a host nieces and nephews family and friends.
